The catalogue re-stages the making of the OH Bay Art Project. Modelled on the Voyager Golden Record, the publication presents nearly twelve groups of public artworks and gathers written reflections from thirty scholars, artists and designers across different fields who spoke at the exhibition's forum — laying out their artistic ideas, working methods and thinking about the city, and together narrating a vision of the city's tomorrow.
